Here are the models that didn't get turned into paint horses or appaloosas! At the bottom of this page you'll find my resculpting work which I'm always working to perfect! You're also going to notice some random gnomes mixed in here and there - they're what I've been making with my random pieces of leftover epoxy!
Traditional Secretariat with lowered headset, new mane, tail and forelock. Commission piece 2021
CM Adios model with new mane and tail painted and pastelled to a dark palomino. Completed 1/21
CM Django with new mane and roses 12-2018
Daydreamer resin that was restored from a second quality casting (above)
CM Carrick 8-17 with added tail and resculpted mane to show braids. Below is a Legionario who eventually became an appaloosa patterned Tiger horse for Steve- he looked handsome as a plain old bay, too!
Clara Belle is a customized Yummi resin model. She's got some minor adjustments to her mane and tail, added light feathering to her legs and a few extra flowers, bows and braids in her hair. I'm stupid happy about the way she came out!

Marchador with repositioned tail, tucked head and added mane and forelock. Painted red bay and completed in October 2016.
This Idocus model was a super fun guy, completed in May 2016. He's got a braided mane and tail, a flashy black paintjob with subtle highlights and shading, naturally colored hooves with ermine spots and stripes and just enough chrome to make him POP!
He'll be heading the WA shortly! Just wish I had and English set to tack him up in for pictures before he left! Oh well!

Mara's Warlock: head shots! Such a handsome boy!
One of my favorite 2016 customs! This Wintersong has a new mohawk mane, swishy tail, floppy lower lip and a repositioned ear. His dapple black piant job soon evolved to have sabino markings . . . they almost always do that! He went to live and show with Emily for awhile where he NAN'd before coming home to be my Other Performance horse with his Renaissance and Parade costumes.
Sculpting Work:
Just one of the other services I offer!
While I have no immediate plans (or time, or ambition) to create and original sculpture, I sure do enjoy messing with the structure and design of plastic and resin models.
Here are some models re-sculpted by me (the following horses may or may not have ultimately been painted by me but did receive some serious LOVE in my studio either way!)

Below you see the beginnings of my little "Seahorse" project. He was started in late January 2021 and is a (constant!) work in progress!
The Adios custom below was my NaMoPaiMo model for 2021! He was resculpted to have an open mouth complete with sculpting inside and tongue hanging out! He also got a new split mane and kind of swishing tail. He's really more buckskin in real life than he looks in the pictures.
Emily's 2/21 Custom Shannondell with new tail and sculpted on roses- SO much fun to do!
So, this guy is turning out to be a fun, and extensive project for me in 2019! I got the model cheap enough when Breyer did their Collector Club Appreciation sale so I decided I would CM him. Then I got the bright idea to make him a fuzzy, winter boy. Then Breyer announced that the special class for the Breyerfest custom contest was something to do with a Good Hair Day. . .
We'll see how far I take this project I guess!
He's a fun, learning experience either way. His name shall be Theodore- Teddy for short.
