While the weather was cruddy I was able to finish up two long standing projects: a Secretariat CM for Rebecca and a SM custom that will be offered for sale shortly.
Have a great week everyone!

Here's the place to find out what's on my painting table, what's happening around the farm, and what's coming up next!
This past weekend was a mix of gorgeous and incredibly crappy weather so I took advantage of whatever it was doing or not doing at any given time! When it was sunny I turned, dug and planted the squash/pumpkin but ultimately always gourds garden out front, rode the horse bareback, mowed some and either primed or sealed a few painting projects that were done. Big Mare was, of course, thrilled to pack my butt around! While the weather was cruddy I was able to finish up two long standing projects: a Secretariat CM for Rebecca and a SM custom that will be offered for sale shortly. I also wrapped up work on the hex sign I was painting for my barn. The online meaning that I've found is "Love" so it's perfect! I sealed it up in between rainstorms and the husband hung it before the weather went south yesterday afternoon. Also, after seeing the Scarlet Tananger last weekend I didn't think we'd be so lucky to get another great bird sighting so soon! We were excited to see not one but TWO Indigo Buntings on my front feeder yesterday and today. They're SO pretty! My favorite shot was when this guy seemingly posed in the dogwood for me! Now to finish up the afghan for my school partner who's having a baby boy this summer!
Have a great week everyone!
