Anyways, I've been prepping a Heartbreaker model on a custom little base that I hope to have listed in the next week or so AND I just listed my St. Moritz model. As excited as I was to get him, it quickly faded when I put him up against the green walls in the room my models are displayed in. He's pretty but not "I love him" pretty. Someone else will love him!
As for the real horses in the backyard, last weekend we had auger issues when we tried to re do the fencing on the property. This weekend the hubby had those problems worked out and we kicked butt! We got all the new posts around the entire place dug and set and the fencing redone on the upper half of the turnout. A successful weekend indeed!
And that was with me gone today with Eugene who was gracious enough to pose for holiday photos at the local feed store. He was a real good sport throughout the whole thing. There were some really cute dogs (2 cats also!) and some really cute kids but there were also so really out of control dogs, too. He stood like a statue . . . well, like a hay eating statue . . . the whole time. I'll have pictures of that later on! In the meantime, here's one of the whole herd early in the morning. They are assuming the position at the gate but seem a little confused by the presence of the second gate!
