The other fun little project I've been working on for months now is shown below. He's an Othello model made to be pulling/trotting swiftly. He's had 3 out of 4 legs moved to some extent. I tweeked both ears so they're forward, chopped off his tail and totally redid his neck, mane and forlock. What a project! He will be available once he's completed. I LOVE the Adios Mold but wanted to do something a little bit different this time. I was half inspired by a customer that REALLY wants me to do a dapple grey for her but I'm not comfortable taking on that task without some more practice! I also wanted to create a flashy but kind of homely looking appalloosa stallion. Enter this handsome guy: hours of sanding and prep, remade windblown mane and tail, I tilted his head down a bit and gave him a big, floppy lower lip. He's not quite done in this picture. I still want to add mottling, more shading and a frosting of white in his mane and tail so it'll be another week or so. At that point I'll make the call whether he'll stay her and be part of my stable show string or look for a new home. If you're interested let me know!
